I often have these breakfast cookies on the go thinking they are something indulgent but actually they are one of the healthiest breakfasts you could have. It's convenient energy, more akin to a granola bar.Just about as simple as Shake 'N Pour pancake mix, but made with nutritious, fuel-filled ingredients!
