Meat
- 1 lb Flank steak or sirloin
Produce
- 2 cups Broccoli, fresh
- 2 Carrots, crisp
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 2 cloves Garlic, fresh
- 1 Nob ginger, fresh
Condiments
- 1 tbsp Honey, raw
Baking & Spices
- 1 tbsp Avocado oil
- 1 Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
Other
- 1/4 cup Bragg's liquid aminos, low sodium soy sauce, or coconut aminos(my favorite is the coconut aminos)
